I have just been in contact with a person who was solicited by Bruce and Martha Pollock for an investment. The person advises that they mailed paperwork and a check to Real Time in Houston. This person also advises that Bruce Pollock received this check and paperwork and then told this person that there was an issue with the paperwork and that a new check would need to be sent and that he (Bruce) said he already voided the initial check. Well, it turns out that the Pollock's cashed both checks. This person has copies of both of these cashed checks that shows that they were indeed signed by Martha Pollock.

I gave this person the contact number to the Texas Securities Board Houston office 713-426-0336. The complaint that I filed now resides with the Enforcement Attorney, I confirmed this yesterday.

I urged anyone who has been taken advantage of, or illegally solicited by Bruce Pollock, Martha Pollock (Real Time) or Kenny Davidson (Big Time Financial) to contact this office and provide your information as well.
