I appreciate your comment re: selling to a bigger player! The trick to making this happen is to differentiate KGET in some way. The diffentiation associated with most acquisitions is based upon buying something that no one else has, i.e. patents, intellectual property, efficient manufacturing, etc. For an example, take a look at most of the sub-penny biotechs that are acquired by the big bombers! The motiivation is typically IP or patents. Green Day's RDF business might have some of these qualities, but BO seems to have abandoned the opportunity! In Green Day's past life, under Bo Linton's watch, GDTK did absolutely nothing to leverage any uniqueness!

IMO...A TINY WOOD PELLET BROKER DOESN'T OFFER MUCH DIFFERENTIATION! AND IF A BIGGIE CAME IN AND OFFERED $10mm, THE CURRENT RETAIL SHAREHOLDERS WOULD GET CRUSHED. THE CURRENT MARKET CAP AT TODAY'S STOCK PRICE IS OVER $20MM! DO YOU SUPPOSE BO MIGHT AGREE TO SELL FOR $5mm or $10mm and KISS THE RETAIL SHAREHOLDERS "GOODBYE?" JUST ASKING...
