FACT: There's a 100% chance based on his history that there will not be a website update in 60-90 days or a PR.

FACT: The scamming CEO has never had anything come to fruition from either his PR's or website updates.

FACT: Last peep from the scamming CEO back in 2012 promised financials and an uplist to occur within weeks. Surprisingly it never happened. LOL

FACT: The scamming CEO has a history of shell scams that have all resulted in going to no bid.
