Does this press release not explain it? maybe I'm just reading into this but it sure looks like ReelTime and TurnLeft are merging:

Now the last PR does not have TurnLeft Productions mentioned at all...only ReelTime Partners. Mr. Hodge really needs to file an event on this if this is indeed what's happened(the merge between ReelTime and TurnLeft):
