there is an old saying" BUY LOW SELL HIGH "



When you can buy quality stocks with a high probability of appreciation at discount prices one would have to take a leap of faith (based on something I am not aware of) to invest in a stock like PRAN right now. PRAN is not a high quality stock and never has been. They have never proven a drugs clinical value and have been unable to attract a partner.
$1.50 - looks inevitable.
