Bullish sentiment among investors fell during the week ended Wednesday, according to the most recent weekly online survey of members of the American Association of Individual Investors .
Bullish sentiment decreased to 27.22% from 28.48% a week earlier, while bearish sentiment rose to 34.25% from 34.11%.
The percentage of investors who described themselves as neutral on the stock market increased to 38.53% from 37.42%, according to the poll.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 47 points to 16377 in recent trading, but has declined 1.2% this year.
