Just contacted my broker and the swing date to complete transfer of shares is scheduled to be completed by tonight and I haven't got a reply from the court on anything yet but I shall attempt to contract them again later today. The broker did sound favorable however concerning the stock. I myself feel as if as any PM favorable news could be released at any time like any PM and then again KK and the guys could take all the money and move to south America just kidding HA HA JACKRABBIT
