Bashing is one thing- no place or need for it.

Holding management accountable is a completely different thing. It is a necessary function of a public company.

I won't contact this CEO for a few reasons, the main one being, the communication coming from him so far, has been inconsistent. Let's take the last 3 twitter posts:

Starting work on the new site today!

Where is the evidence of this? What does he consider "starting work"? Why can't he communicate better details?

News on our first acquisition this week!

Did not happen. Basic rule of management: Under promise and over deliver.

Good morning, I am busy finishing our Q. PR next week. Prioritizing is very important!

Running out of time on this promise as well.

Is this the same manner I will be treated on personal correspondence? Sorry, but not risking the time investment. Until I know that what is being said is accurate and consistent, I don't need to go any farther.

Last point: Split- Why not be upfront and communicative about the need for it, and educate the investors on what this means to the company (my other play did, the SAME DAY IT WAS ANNOUNCED!). So far, as much as I can tell, this split hasn't even been approved. Why not communicate to shareholders what the process is and what the acceptance or denial means to shareholders and the company?

Been in too many of these plays that I don't trust 99% of the CEOs here. If they want my trust, and the trust of other investors that I communicate with, they need to do a lot better job of communication, education and producing results.

All done here. Back to my "underground" posting and education. Best.
