hey what happened to the green day conversion being 60 million?????

turns out as of filing date of 10 k they issued a little under 1.7 billion shares to gdtk shareholders and still had not finished issuing shares to gdtk shareholders so we dont even know what the total is yet, but at least bo gets 8 billion after he converts to common. now that is what you call dilution
