Thanks Jesse. I have a couple questions.

Since we only received a filing on the management changes but never received an offical Press Release explaining anything I have the followng questions.

1.What royalty will Adia get from LVVV for manufacturing and distributing their products?

2. What is the current share structure and has the claw back been completed?

3. Will Adia products be used in any APRU drink products?

4. When will we get a press release in general relating to the new relationship between Adia and LVVV? Jason said Bill wanted to do the PR but that was a few months ago.
