So as you mentioned

Once again, you are making a very large bet that they will.

Your making a couple of assumptions. First that I am correct with my bet and secondly that for my bet to work this has to go into production.

Neither are true, first their are always losers in the market that own shares of the non winners. It really doesn't matter if I am betting big or not. I can and do lose. Win more than I lose but I am not without failures.

As time goes on and I learn more I revise my strategy. I had little expectation that we would be in the position we are. A year after the SOE deal didn't work we are heading towards lower stock prices that I never expected to see.

We have issues. Management is not able to get the job done. In the past year we have moved no closer to solving the money issue.

IS hope lost? Not at all. I see a very clear path to turning things around and moving the company forward. Nio-Corp is moving to new highs after showing the market they can raise a bit of money to move their project forward.

I think we can do the same. We can relatively quickly be at equal if not ahead of Nio-Corp on what very well may be the superior property or at minimum the lower cost option. That IMHO would get our market cap turned around and my investment back in the black.

The company knows what to do, the announced the plan in January and are slowly implementing it. The issue is as the have foolishly done before they are over promising and under delivering as they don't have the financing in place to actually implement the plan prior to announcing it.

As Moojer reminds us daily and some times several times a day SRSR has a habit of announcing things they don't deliver on. Without funds this is just another example. That doesn't help with market credibility. which is reflected in out current market cap which by all accounts if we keep the current path is about to weaken further making financing even more difficult.

Things need to change and quickly. A specific plan and the money needs to be implemented ASAP.

IMHO the plan should be uplist and essentially reboot the company with afresh start. Time for Niobium is now and Niostar is the comany. This is an expense but not a huge one less than 500k. Additionally we need to complete the drilling and get an updated NI report, which ones again is also less than 500k more. However we can't take over 3 months to drill and assay things need to be completed faster. What reason could it be to move so slowly as we have with hole #1?

These two events bring us equal to or ahead of Nio-Corp. So a small investment provides a big return.

While all of that is happening we need to also be running a marketing campaign. Do you think all the Niobium articles and the featuring of Nio-Corp strongly is just dumb luck? Why aren't we in them? Because nobody knows about us and we aren't orchestrating a marketing campaign that makes articles like this happen. WE need professional IR to attract new investors and PR to place us at the top of the pile of Niobium projects. There are 5 private equity funds that just recently have raised 12 BILLION dollars for mining projects. Have we spoken to any of them? We need to become the household name for new Niobium development projects by making our selves know to every end user, hedge fund, private equity fund, bank , brokerage, Sovereign wealth fund etc.

From there additional financing will open up as we will not be a pink so there will be disclosure and transparency and we will have NI compliant resource.

All of this is doable but its just a matter of planning, acting and completing these tasks. Can management do this? Not clear? Are present shareholders willing to finance? Also not clear? What other options do we have? Not clear.

Capital remains the missing ingredient here as I have been saying for years. Solve that and you can make progress and worry about how much a NSR could potentially be worth but at this point its irrelevant.
