The folks that are putting on the Spring Awakening Festival (React Presents) do @ 100 events a year. Unfortunately, there is no indication, other than the MPIX PR, that MPIX has anything to do with that or any other event they handle. They would be a meaningful partner for VOD opportunities.
The Golden Trailer Awards website also fails to identify a relationship with MPIX.
Perhaps they can address this (and the absence of any discussion of up-listing & audited 10K in yesterdays PR) at the Annual General Meeting which is to be held before the end of the 2nd quarter.
Apparently there were no revenues from the 2013 Messi Soccerfest & Electric Forest event.... and nothing reportable from the Aspen or Florida ski/business conferences. Sigh~~~
Oh... and that trade above a penny and audited financial requirements for up-listing????.... never mind that stuff...just technicalities
Other than that...2013 was a great year for MPIX... just read the filing.....really read it! Perhaps all the revenue was in Bitcoins and thus un-reportable? That would explain a lot! AGM inside of 10 weeks.....Florida here we come!!!!!
