josey, I don't think it is pinky mentality that is holding NVOB down. I am leaning more towards nervous investors. (me included) In my previous posts I said that I wanted to see the financials to answer some of my questions. Some were answered and others remain. The company is making money q over q. S.B. owns 75% of the O/S leaving 100 mill in the float that no one knows who owns. Are they investors that will sit on them for a few years or are they creditors that want their money back in their pockets? That is what is making me nervous. If it is investors we are going to be ok. If it is creditors who knows how many and at what price their shares were converted at. That is the downside for me. Could this dip into sub penny? I think at this point it is a very real possibility. I do not believe it will go into .000s but may see .00s. As far as it taking 100's of millions to get it back out I don't agree with that. I think a lot of people on the sidelines would come and buy the float up in short order. The next question then would be are those buyers there to flip it or hold for a bigger sp. I personally would buy and hold for the much longer run if the company became more shareholder friendly. So far I've seen about 15 +/- million of the float. Leaving 85 mill +/- in limbo. Again, are those shares locked up by longs or creditors? Once people know that, I see the pps becoming more stable and people working towards giving it a fair valuation. If the company doesn't have a need to add to the O/S through their operations and investors start to realize it there will be a lot more faith and buying.

As far as why a company would go public, I would too. Instead of drawing a salary that may increase a little year over year, I would have 300 million shares that could increase in value immensely year over year. If you know the direction its like a bank account for retirement. If NVOB was ever bought out WOW! So that makes sense to me.

This is all my opinion and speculation and personally I like the company but a little nervous of where bottom is and if management can become more shareholder friendly. Good luck to all! $NVOB
