Better to have the best during evaluation to see if the drug has promise....

Else lots of money can be wasted in trials....

Also competency lead to efficient efforts.

Let us hope in 4 to 6 weeks we get a report on the required path forward.

They also have to figure out out to fund the cost of the trials.
