For one the easiest, HIMR rents office space from North Cal, it's important to link these two companies.
Next, not that I thought $HIMR would do a r/s before, but this definitely convinces me they won't. They have gradually put themselves and their s/s in a position where they would not "personally" gain much from a r/s, and it actually makes more sense for them to do a buy back and earn investor confidence at this point.
Lastly they have vested capital into the Bayano project which tells me they believe it will be profitable for them.
Also a good sign that the report came out on time. I'm not going into details cause we can all read it but putting things in perspective, overall I feel good about it.
