Your statement I can agree with Z. Because you present it with the statement from the CEO and express it as the outside possibility it is. Of course it is not 100% they will not R/S, that has never been said, but to draw comparisons to crooked CEOs and poorly run companies as a defense for an argument is not legitimate when discussing a company that has shown itself as ONCS has.
