Thanks for reply; I looked at the idea for pricing an offering relatively similar.
The key phrase for my question was "upon/after closing"....does this adjust your insight? That why I was asking if it's basically 2 seperate questions. Sorry if I'm being redundant, but I wanted to clarify a difference between pricing a public offering vs closing a public offering.

I go check with bigbake via your advice as well.
