Just to be clear, I stated this belief was based on not only the word of the CEO but the finances of the company. There is simply no need for it at this juncture.

I do adamantly disagree with 200MM even being considered large. That is not remotely a large number of shares to carry. Double it and maybe we can talk about a R/S for share numbers. ONCS does not need to reduce that number nor do they need to R/S for an up-list.

Again, each to their own, but if one is going to ignore their CEO and ignore the financials....sorry that does not seem like sensible investing to me.

Punit has made a name for himself by being transparent and keeping ONCS as transparent as they can. He has made a name for the company by running it as efficiently and consistently as anyone could hope for. Of course he will keep all avenues open, he has always said this, BUT, to drop a R/S this year would be out of character and against the company's strategy.
