That's what you said, Nick, in your post, among other things questioning the "legitimacy" of the company.
It's the suggestion that the CEO is dishonest that bothers me. I doubt you believe that, as you have no grounds for thinking so. Still, it comes up from time to time. My opinion, expressed previously, is that the CEO is the most honest, open and ethical CEO I have encountered (I like that he takes our calls). And I've been screwed a time or two by masters. AS to having the right to criticize the CEO's performance, that is a universal right. Performance is different from ethics. You can call for Bolduc's head, no problem in saying it. If the board were to do it, however, think of the consequences! Bolduc's the one who steered the company to ETD, he's the one who has worked for the past five years with Homeland Security and the TSA. Recall that Dr. McGann and Dr. Jones haven't been on staff even two years. I get your frustration; we're all frustrated, but be careful of what you wish for. Implant cutting the CEO loose? Consider how that would be interpreted by the TSA. And the company's employees. Out go the lights!! I predict that within 60 to 90 days, we'll have the qualification we're looking for and this board will nominate Glenn Bolduc as CEO of the Century. OK, maybe the Decade.
