Totally agreed!! Good management is half the work done. Good things don't happen over night. As an owner of a construction business. I had a dream job opportunity come up for bids. We bid the job. Job is landed. Yeees!! Oh forgot to tell you. That was 2 years ago. The job is still processing. And only God knows when operations will begin or even if they ever will!! Just saying. There is more stuff that can delay anything than any couch potatoe/ investor can imagine!!!! Good luck to you all. I'm locked and loaded and hopefully got another 20 years till my retirement. Shiiiit, i'll wait!!!!!!!!
