If ELTP was in a serious discourse with a big pharm company, then why would they sign up for $40M in debt and dilution?

Management is moving the company ahead the best way they can. Thus, I do not see a partner until the application is submitted to the FDA for approval - which is late this year. By that time all the data is collected and a partner would have the luxury to see it without footing any expense. This is why I believe ELTP would then want a much bigger % of the pie if and when they eventually partner. ELTP is essentially taking all the risk here. It is not absolute that the first candidate will pass the FDA. However, I have a good feeling one will and that changes everything moving forward. JMO
