I believe what matters more is the big picture. ELTP wants to move all the drug candidates ahead at once as indicated by the CC. New financing allows them to accomplish this. Same terms as first $10M: on ELTP's terms of how much and what price.

However, I was not completely happy that ELTP could not get a big pharm partner at this time. I suspect they will then want more of a percentage when they do partner, because ELTP footed all the early risks and costs to bring several compounds with their technology to the mulitbillion dollar marketplace. JMO
