You do realize Punit has spoken to the contrary of this several times. Even eluding to the point that there would be no cash raised this year other than through a partnership. Regarding a R/S he has clearly stated many times that is not in ONCS' plans, as there will be no need for it when the pps rises organically. With the expected catalysts ONCS rising to the $2 minimum should not at all be a concern.
