GRSI LLC made a deal with Tirex last April 25, 2013

TYPICAL DEAL, no follow-up, no follow-through, and no proceed to completion.

GRSI accused Tirex of some malfeasance. They announced on the http://grsillc.com/ web site that they were "foreclosing" on Tirex", and "taking control" of the Tirex Patents, as reported by their operations agent, Freddy del Greico ( Freddy the Greek ).

The site, and their threatened lawsuits, against Tirex, is ( as of this minute ) thankfully gone.
