Well, typically in Pink Sheet or OTCQB stocks, selling like this can be explained in 1 of 3 ways.

1. Convertible debentures done at a huge discount to the current market. USPR has convertible debentures on their books but as of yet, we don't know if any were converted. We will need to see USPR's next 10Q

2. Aged debt (older then 6 months) can be converted to shares as well. USPR has aged debt on their books, but again, we need the next 10Q

3. A very high % of these stocks have people with high % ownership in their company. There are 2 break points depending on how the company is registered. So for USPR, let's assume the most interesting %. People can own up to 9.9% of USPR without having to file anything with the SEC regarding their ownership or their sales (UNLESS they file differently in which case it's 4.9%). So in this conversation, someone could own up to 13 million shares of USPR and not have to file anything with the SEC.

That's what I think is happening to USPR. The concerning thing about that is typically, people owning a large % of an OTCQB stock know more about what is happening to the company then us regular mb posters. That's why the question. Who is selling and why?

If I am right and if it is someone with a large stake in USPR that also knows more about USPR then you or I, why are they selling now if things are so great with stage i? They may have even seen the satellite images. So if they believe things are so great, why do a pump and a dump??

That's what I think.

This post is my opinion and should not be used as investment advice.
