Slow day, typical of a post 10k filing and tax season end.Peeps still digesting the filing and will make better decision as the days progress .There are a lot going on with this puppy and peeps hopefully will do the right decision according to their each particular positions.I still think that this is a great play and we will see that as time pass by.ECDC got the funding need it to implement his projects and IMO dilution is over, or very close to be done.ECDC$$$ Cha CHING
