MJNA already addressed it in their fillings and acknowledge there were errors in those fillings and filed the amendments to correct it and they also explained that they put a cap on the A/S at 950 million, as per advice from their council. That is what they intended the A/S to be and that is where they will leave it as they also stated they have no intention of raising it in the foreseeable future. that last filling was just to correct the one that was missed when they originally filled the amendments when they found the errors.
