All I'm saying is; Hold on to your finances and wait for now.
The time may come to jump in and buy- buy- buy .

I personally don't see that opportunity right now.

At this time It does not look good for investing in it at this particular moment.

Hold tight and just be ready to fire all your financial bullets
when things start to show their true colors.

One or two of many things will most likely happen.
By or Before next Month

1st.
To meet the .01 QB rule : They may announce a major reversal. by next mt.

2nd.
To meet their rule; They may announce the production requirement
was not meet so the deal was canceled as in IVOI's arrangement.

3rd.
They could let themselves be down-listed and let the up and
down road to .0001 be continued.

4th.
They could just drop out pay all fees and Go private.

By just about any sinarial you can think of; The bottom line
is ...... If this does not turn around by the end of next week or so
anyone buying shares in this company now - will lose their investment.

Granted their is a 1 out of a million chance you could win.
