When it comes to pennies, news = nothing new. For the most part those who control the shares already know. It's just a dump (sell into) signal.

When it's "real" news you'll know - check the distribution channel.

Instead, play the conversions, that's where the $$ is!

>.20 - risky
< .15 - show time
< .10 - in play
< .05 - ill load up

I wouldn't ever set out to hurt anyone deliberately unless it was, you know, important - like a league game or something.
