I agree, but if you look at Snapdragon 400, 600, and 800 series, they're all 4+ cores. Yes, I know there's a dual Krait Snapdragon 400, but I have not seen this adopted very much...the quad Cortex A7 is much more popular even though Krait is more powerful per core.

But this is all moot...Intel will eventually have the right products and then it can begin to compete for sockets. I just really hope that we can start talking about Intel smartphone share soon, because it has been a painful 3 years so far.
