Hey boss, don't mean to burst your bubble, but why would I read the ECDC 10-k about the Verizon deal when I can straight to the source (i.e.- Verizon)?

Try thoroughly reading the information about the program from Verizons own website rather than an ECDC 10-k or letter to shareholders.

It's like you just witnessed a murder, and the murderer came over to tell you- "look man, I know what you saw, but I just wanted to tell you that I didn't kill that person" and you reply "no problem. I was about to call the police, but since you said you didn't kill him I will go about my business". It's a ridiculous concept to be able to see the proof against the deal with your own eyes, and fail to see it because Kay says it works. Screw evidence, let's just blindly follow this guy.
