Not the same as float or FTS

We're talking about FTS (Free Trading Shares).

The vast majority of shares are still restricted or held by insiders.

I estimate less than 120K free trading shares in the open market, unless some insider is selling shares now.

Pretty easy to determine from the section that shows that when CANV was created from foreclosure, insiders owned 99.7% of the shares, leaving about 20K in the open market.

A few "small fish" insiders who don't have to report their sales may have sold some, and then Titus sold something like 60K.

Therefore, we're probably looking at 150K shares or less in the open market.

That's not a number CANV wants to talk about.
