The classic why in which dilution is suppose to occur is to issue share upon favorable news so as to in crease the bottom line for the company and insure that increase in SP and that it does not stall up on demand for more share which then should be accumulated to so as to be short sold. Might be a good idea to try this method of course a certain amount of issuing of more shares might aid in indicating positive news but then again who know when the judge might get tried of all the B.S.
