Many people think T Trades are dilution when in fact a T Trade is basically just a trade that went thru during the day and is being reported after the close when MM's are requried to post all trades that weren't posted during the day. A T Trade could be a order from anyone of us here on the board that went thru during the day and is reported after the close and doesn't necessarily mean that block were diluted shares from the Co.
