From what I have observed this morning, the problem seems to be low volume. Except for sellers. The MAC D is heading up, the other indicators are looking good, but very low positive volume. Like someone else said here earlier today, we need to hear something about the IR case and things should improve, until that happens though, I don't see much positive change actually occurring.
