Hello Mr. Smith;

There is an OTC company that I believed. Surgline Inc, that was 'pretending' to
have over $10 Million dollar run rate and alot of other items that never came to
reality and then was halted.

I see you are investigating PH$$ due to the unregistered securities being sold.

Maybe you can also look at SGLN. Everyone is stuck. The halt occurred when the
stock was over .0008.

Company keeps lying and says it is applying for the 211-Sponsor to keep the
investors off their tale.

Someone made ALOT of money, the toxic financers, CEO's etc.

We were wondering (as a class action) how to proceed to making the company prove
they werent scamming us, and if they were, take them to court for assets.
