You're late to the game with this argument. It may have been valid 5 months ago however the next 10Q will be the start of a new profitable future for LEXG. They know that the share issuance cannot continue as it has in previous years, which is why new revenue generation is coming online this year.

As for this company being a "scam", try researching Dr. Victor Glotov, the inventor of the Ultrasonic Reactor. The man is a well established bio engineer with some work in the field of space technology. glottech.com/?page_id=228
