there are tons of penny stock out there who have no submitted financials and are not suspended, halted or any of like.

While I am impatient, I am confident I/we are not being scammed. For someone to suggest that officers of a company are scamming them probably needs to back it up with evidence. Stock not going up is not evidence. Financials not being filed is not evidence.

But yes, I want to see financials...

During times like this I usually suggest that people contact the company and voice their concerns..

And no, they do NOT want to sell me stock. Most of us are having a hard time buying stock in fact and the volume reflects that.
