The good news could be a whopper PR from the Netherlands and England.

Do you think the Health Department in England and Erasmus asked Dr. Seymour to go across the Atlantic to tell him no?

Could be big news and it seems to be taking a long time.......

Maybe there are several information clamps on those contracts.
