The (entirely mythical) "insiders are dumping" claim.....

has been debunked over and over.

What Klein hoped to dump is in a Tampa court. What Huffman and ClearTrust hoped could be kept hidden has now been exposed. There were no resolutions for those preferred CERTS and they were never filed in NV. If there were resolutions for the issunaces, "surely" they would have been submitted as evidence and filed with NV. (Huffman was probably suppose to submit the paperwork in NV. but didn't. Doesn't matter now. Too late. But ClearTrust still printed CERTS).

And speaking of evidence, we know TEMN has filed twice with the SEC saying those shares are NULL and VOID.

Effective the 7th day of April (2014)....The number of outstanding shares of common stock is unchanged at 1,072,116,296.

As of Friday November 18, 2011 there were 2,137,279,527 shares of the registrant’s common stock, $.001 par value, outstanding.

Though amusing, the (entirely mythical) claim repeatedly being made about insiders dumping has no evidence to support it.

Maybe if someone posted "shorties cover", that would be proof positive, right?
