Even after this debacle he still hasnt learned to keep his mouth shut.

Offering to compensate people means he is scared.

Scared that he did something wrong.

Which imo. he did. by posting that video of him saying "NYSE" and his idiot friends tweeting VKML. They artificially inflated the stock price. What was their benefit? I don't know. But they did cause damages. lots of damages.
