Cancel to avoid the 87.5 million shares from being issued is why. I doubt Moreno is bringing 87.5 at .01 or $8.8 million worth of assets and add the 185k for about a total of 9 million in assets.(that's why he can't explain this deal to shareholders now and all the silly responses) The split and name change seem in place(as they were made by Coleridge(supposedly) but there is no dilution if the deal is cancelled(less shares but everyone keeps prior ownership %). Folks were more excited about Coleridge ownership rather than IGU ownership.
