Given:
-the volume over the past couple of weeks (90+M),
-the fact they have less than 2M shares before they reach their A/S limit according to OTCMarkets,
-and the 500M A/S has not increased yet according to the Wyoming SoS,
I doubt they are printing many shares at the moment (ie. diluting). They may have been selling some shares to raise capital, hence they state they have $800K in cash due to the previous Reg D. The fact that the float is at least 473M doesn't help during the current downtrend of the stock. When the Reg A agreement is close or finalized, I expect the A/S to increase. Subsequently, they will be able to move forward w/ any deal in Colorado or other markets b/c they will have access to more capital.

Most of the sector is in a downtrend, even some of the mj favorites. Not surprising b/c I have believed for some time that the market for most (if not all) was overvalued compared to the revenue that many of these companies were bringing in. The trending of the mj sector seems to happen in waves. Future waves may be a little different now that dozens of companies have (apparently) entered this market and the SEC & FINRA is looking at these stocks a lot closer.
