I have not read the document yet. Thank you. I understand about limiting dose. But why does it have to be a dose the amount of which is absurdly high. Why not, say, 20x, or 100x, the therapeutic dose? If I have time, I'll look in the document for the answer. Why is there no limit to the amount that must be given to the animals. If I established that 1 lime a day prevented scurvy, why would the FDA say, ok, now you have to test 100 limes a day. Or we need to know how many limes a day will kill 50% of the test subjects even if it's 100 times as great as what's needed to cure scurvy? Sorry for the repetition -- trying hastily for clarity.
