So you think the issue isn't the IP rights, or lack thereof?
I apologize if my post wasn't clearer, but the hedge_fun(d) I "allegedly" work for had a "round table" on VSPC today.
Every trader, without exception, believed the lack of rights to the grass wasn't worth the fees, whatever they may be, Karl would charge to grow the grass. It seems no one has any real rights to the grass or they would be FILED somewhere.
China Gate and IPA should have insisted on seeing PROOF of the rights, whatever they may be, that the Inventor claimed or claims he holds.
We are certain anyone ready to spend MILLIONS on a power plant or a 20 year agreement for supply would INSIST on something more than an oral agreement.
I doubt if we pick up the discussion tomorrow we will conclude that since VSPC is doing better than VGREF, then the flood gates are about to open.....again.
