O'dog thanks for that information. I also thought Dr. Haas did a very good job in fending off the defendants attorneys attempts to have him validate their position.

I still have the question how can the patents be overcome with new assertions made against patents validated by multiple forums? Especially since it is a new patent assertion that was never formulated before. This is almost like shopping for a doctor until you get one that tells you what you want to hear. What crappy patent will be next.
