Between the death spirals - 70% off the lowest 5 of 20 days - unbelievable, the half a billion shares discounted or paid in settlements and continuing lack of any revenues means the shareholders are screwed.
Looks like someone has/had 40 million shares they bought at $.0036 each to dump. No wonder it's so heavily promoted.
