I believe we have an excellent opportunity to provide free Mobile VoIP App to the entire customer base of NetCapitals client Dating Service. These guys are now paying Fanning and Abrams to join their Advisory Board and they have already put together a deal between the Dating Company and a Background Check Company, so clients can check out prospect dates before they make contact.

Next step is provide the Dating Company clients with a Free VoX Mobile App as well as wide range of Worldwide calling options. Client would be able to download new local number and change it a the drop of a hat if they don't want prior contact to call them anymore, etc.

Just a real easy way to tap into millions of customer clients with a simple click ad on each members web page.

VoX needs partnerships, they don't have the money to market and promote the product themselves.

ValueSetter was a significant deal as it is our First White Label deal and could lead to several others very quickly, but more importantly it demonstrates that Fanning and Abrams are still supportive of VoX and may finally be ready to get behind the company and product.

A merger between Valuesetter and Pervasip is highly likely if Riss will give up control of the voting stock BS and let NetCapital run things. We have to have some major players like Fanning & Abrams to introduce the VoX Mobile App to other companies and do so with some vision and trust.

Riss is a total zero and brings no value to the company, and Mark maybe ok technically but is no deal maker and simply is not connect to the industry.
