I'm glad to hear that, most companies have gone to mail/online support. I had a problem with my AVG and there is absolutely no phone support until you go through the online sequence. Just glad to hear that they do not have 24 hour phone support. My email support re the iOS pay and go problem was very proficient. Hopefully? They have cut some operational expenses.
