MMRF MUST READ DD Updated 4/15/14

Starting in 2014 under the HITECH Act, eligible providers need to offer at least 50% of their patients online access to their personal health information such as through a PHR."

4/14/14 MyMedicalRecords Personal Health Record Kit To Be Sold at Drug Chains, Etailers & Retailers
MMR already has agreements in place and orders to sell the kit starting this quarter through Etailers and retailers representing more than 30 million customers nationwide.

This deal to put MMRF's Prepaid PHR in drug stores nationally stems from the settlement reached with Walgreens:

This deal also caused another deal to happen that was without any infringement at all. This is a company that came to MMRF, saw that they needed to be providing their patients access to a PHR, and has entered into an agreement with MMRF:

3/12/14 MMRGlobal and Cerner Announce Patent Agreement

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As a result MMRF is the only PHR out of a list of 60+ PHR's who have actually made progress in this field where only about 4-7% of the market has a PHR. This leaves MMRF with at least 90+% of the market in which they can capture. The market for PHR's has struggled, yet because of federal mandates things are starting to change fast.....

Example of another struggling PHR: We (MMRF) also have an agreement with Microsoft® HealthVault® to integrate our services with their platform as demand for access to HealthVault® increases in the marketplace.

MMRF can attach to any EMR or PHR.

We will know more information on the Walgreens and Cerner deals and the revenue they have generated in the 2nd Quarter.

The core business, though, has also been generating revenue:

MMRGlobal Projects Record 1st Quarter Revenue
The Company announced that all licensing and sales agreements up for renewal to date in 2014 have been renewed for at least another year. Much of the revenue that has already been received by the Company is a result of licensing from the Company's MyMedicalRecords, Inc. patent portfolio.

The 2nd Quarter Revenues should surpass that with the Walgreens and Cerner deals.

There may also be some surprises on the way.....
Additionally, the Company forecasts continued revenue from its biotechnology assets based on the latest information available to the Company pursuant to the terms of its thirteen million dollar biotech licensing agreement, which is the subject of an 8-K filed on December 21, 2010.

The future holds endless opportunities for MMRGlobal.

Telemedicine and being able to see a doctor without waiting in the doctors office will revolutionize the medical industry. MMRF, again, is right there with patents at the forefront of it all partnered with Alcatel Lucent:

Data Breaches have PLAGUED the Move to Electronic Medical Records

Luckily Croptop came up with a solution!!!! FAXING!
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=100632198

FAXING is the cheapest, easiest, and most secure way of transferring medical data. Obviously today a computer can fax, so Efax is the best solution. This is what MMRF holds patents on and has already had Walgreens and Cerner agree to license.

The future is very very bright MMRFers!
